The Boyne Valley Hotel is a 19th-century mansion set back from the road in mature grounds near Drogheda. Rooms have their own bathroom, a TV and tea and coffee things.

The leisure club has an indoor pool and gym. It’s six minutes to the M1, under half an hour to Dublin Airport, and the 101 bus to Dublin stops near the gates. Newgrange and the Boyne Valley sites are close.
