About this site

Hot Tub Stays (hottubstays.ie) is an independent guide to places to stay in Ireland with a hot tub, jacuzzi or spa bath. We are not a travel agent, we don’t take bookings and we don’t own or run any of the properties listed. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Our information

We check every listing against a public source, such as the property’s own website or its page on a booking site, and we say when we last checked it. Properties change their rooms, facilities, prices and rules without telling us, so we can’t promise that everything on the site is complete, current or correct.

Always confirm the details that matter to you with the property or booking site before you book, especially whether the hot tub is private, which room or unit has it, whether it costs extra, opening hours, age limits and pet policies.

Prices are the lowest we saw on the date shown. They are a guide only and are not an offer.

Review scores and the points under “What guests say” summarise reviews published on other sites. They are not our own reviews and are not quotes.

Booking with a third party

When you click through to Booking.com, Airbnb, a property’s own website or any other site, your booking is a contract between you and that business, on their terms. They are responsible for your stay, payment, cancellations and refunds. We can’t help with a booking, change it or refund it, and we aren’t responsible for what happens during your stay.

How we earn money

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may earn a commission from the booking site, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in the page code. Commissions never decide which stays we list, whether we call a tub private or shared, or the order of a list.

Using our content

The text, data, design and illustrations on Hot Tub Stays belong to us unless we say otherwise. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please don’t copy listings or large parts of the site, or scrape it automatically, without asking us first.

Names, logos and photos of properties belong to their owners. Owners who want to add or change photos can tell us here.

Listings and corrections

We decide what to list. Owners can ask to be listed and anyone can report a change. We’ll correct mistakes as quickly as we can, but listing on the site is free and not guaranteed.

Our liability

We provide the site for free and as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it, including a booking that doesn’t match what you expected. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Other websites

We link to other websites for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and we’ll change the date below when we update it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
