Maryborough is an 18th-century house in Douglas, on the south side of Cork, set in 14 acres of listed gardens. Rooms are modern and comfortable, some with garden views.

Guests get free use of the thermal suite: rock sauna, vitality pool, heated loungers and an ice fountain. The leisure club adds an 18-metre pool, hot tub, steam room and gym. Bellini’s is the main restaurant and the Garden Room does afternoon tea.
